I've had a place in my collection for the Streets for a while now. This just reaffirms its existence.
part of my spending every waking moment thinking about finally being back in Japan is fueled by this:
I've watched a lot of movies. Can't really remember them all. the most recent was Slither.
I've listened to a lot of music.
I've started spacing school work. not a good thing. I should be doing that now.
I've read some books. In grown up land I read The Housekeeper and the Professor. In not so grown up land, it's still manga.
I spend a lot of time working. I've even pseudo restarted blogging library stuff.
I spend a lot of time on ameba too. ペタ's make me warm and fuzzy on the inside.
just experiencing life. more deets at the lj.
watched Repo! last night. it was corey's fav movie from the first note. i have to say, it was much better than expected. the theatrical release is more solid than the soundtrack music wise, which is kinda cool. Groves, do not buy this. You have a copy under our tree. :)
no spoilers in this vid, just the MOST awesome song from the movie imho. :P
These days people are pinching pennies and living frugally, but we want to know: What's the last thing you splurged on?
DDR Max 2 used for $16. good memories with that mix.
ok, so 2 years in a row I pretty much failed with the photo a day idea. life happens and pictures don't. meh.
will 2009 be any better/worse/etc? dunno. I'll try to focus on keeping this media related and actually posting movie reviews and such. Maybe I'll start tracking the books I've read too... Oh, and my 2009 resolution is to play more video games. Maybe I'll keep a tally here for that?
But keeping in the post-a-day tradition, I've started an ameba blog to practice my Japanese. So if you're interested in daily, mundane, and poorly written posts check it out. Oh, you will have to know Japanese.
got a new camera for the holiday
Hanukkah began at sundown last night. What are you doing this year to celebrate the Festival of Lights?
